1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of dashhavenhub.com (the "Website") and purchases from Dash Haven ("Dash Haven", "we", "us" or "our"). By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping and contact information and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
3. Products and Product Information
Dash Haven sells made-to-order apparel and related products featuring original graphic designs. We aim to describe products, sizes, colors, materials and care instructions accurately. However:
• screen settings, lighting and photography may cause colors to appear slightly different from the physical product;
• mockups are illustrative and placement or scale may vary slightly within normal production tolerances; and
• garment measurements may vary within the manufacturer's stated tolerance.
Customers should review the product description and size guide before ordering. A difference that falls within a reasonable manufacturing tolerance is not necessarily a defect. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Charges
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, duties and other charges will be shown at checkout where the Website can calculate them. International customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges and local taxes unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. If a product or checkout price is clearly incorrect because of a typographical, technical or system error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe and any other payment method displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the relevant charges. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices.
6. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment for reasons including:
• product or variant unavailability;
• pricing, inventory, description or technical errors;
• suspected fraud, unauthorized payment or misuse of a promotion;
• an incomplete or undeliverable shipping address; or
• a legal, sanctions, shipping-carrier or fulfilment restriction.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cancelled amount.
7. Made-to-Order Production and Fulfilment
Products are generally made after an order is placed. Dash Haven may use independent production and fulfilment partners, including Printify and its print providers, to manufacture and ship orders. Use of a fulfilment partner does not remove any non-excludable obligations Dash Haven owes to customers under applicable law.
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of order volume, product availability, quality-control checks, carrier disruption, customs processing, weather or other events beyond reasonable control.
8. Customer Order Details
You are responsible for checking the product, design, color, size, quantity, personalization (if offered), email address and shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Because production may begin quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.
9. Shipping, Tracking and Delivery
Shipping methods, estimated delivery windows and charges are displayed at checkout where available. Tracking details will be provided when supplied by the carrier. Risk associated with delivery will pass in accordance with applicable law. You should ensure that the delivery location is secure and that someone can receive the parcel where necessary.

10. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or buyer's remorse, except where required by applicable law. Damaged, defective, materially misprinted or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within the period and with the evidence stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Any refund will normally be made to the original payment method. Processing times after approval depend on the payment provider. These Terms and our store policies do not exclude, restrict or modify consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions, minimum spend requirements and usage limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse or a genuine technical error, subject to applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including Dash Haven names, logos, artwork, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, layout and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Dash Haven and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item only; it does not transfer any copyright, trademark or design rights.
You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, scrape, publish or commercially exploit Website content or product designs without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
13. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Website to break the law, infringe another person's rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with Website security or operation, harvest information, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Website or our business.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may rely on or link to third-party services such as WooCommerce, Stripe, Printify, hosting providers, analytics services and shipping carriers. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services, but this clause does not remove responsibilities that applicable consumer law places on Dash Haven.
15. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We aim to keep the Website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue Website features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dash Haven will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from use of the Website or purchase of products. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment details are handled by the relevant payment provider. Customer information is used only as necessary to process orders, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and operate the shop through our website and our disclosed service providers.
